A member asked:

Why did my doctor refused to increase my ritalin dose more than 20 mg 3x a day ( with 50 mg zoloft (sertraline) 2x a day) ?

Ritalin (methylphenidate): I can't be sure because there are many reasons to increase or change medications and you have not given enough information. The dose is on the higher side and this may be his reluctance. I would talk with your doctor and find out why. There are also other medications to try.
