Should a doctor be prescribing lorazapam and zoloft (sertraline) without a good evaluation, may have had burnout but may have been physical, ear infection etc. ?

Careful with meds: Doctors should always be cautious in prescribing psychotropic medications not only for their significant side effects but also for potential for addiction and other misuse. L. causes withdrawal reactions,esp. if you have a history of alcoholism, drug abuse, or personality disorder. Z has a long list of side effects, esp sexual dysfunction which is more common. Physical conds.need to be ruled out
