None: Once you have brown stains on your teeth, you require dental treatment. There are no magic toothpastes, gels, mouthwashes or other do it yourself products.

Bleaching: If the stains are caused by nicotine or food or coffee, you can try the crest whitestrips to remove them. If they do not disappear in a few days, you should see your dentist. You should go at least every 6 months to have them checked anyway.
