I need to know how do you get rid of puffy gums fast without going to the dentist?

May not be possible: It depends why your gums are "puffy". Certain meds can cause this condition, but more likely you have gingivitis or periodontitis. These conditions are caused by plaque and calculus which accumulate around your teeth and under the gumline. You will need a dentist to remove those hardened deposits. Make that call.
