Probably can't: A stain can be absorbed into the filling, especially if it is not new. Sometimes it can be polished off, sometimes the filling is replaced. The stain may be due to a cavity under the filling. You need a dentist for these procedures.

If..................: You can't remove it with thorough brushing and any whitening toothpaste, along with proper flossing, it's to the dentist if you want it to look better. There are no other magic tricks or remedies. Besides, even if it just looks like some yellowing, it might be the tip of the iceberg and indicative of some bigger problem. Either way, see you dentist.
