Not a DIY project: The trouble and expense of having a dentist help you resolve this problem, and possibly many other hidden issues, is much less bothersome and expensive than trying to resolve this yourself. You can't. You need professional help. Putting it off is risky as well as anesthetic. Please call a dentist now.
