You can't: A cavity is a hole in a tooth caused by bacteria. To fix it requires removing the infected portion of the tooth and placing a restorative material. It's not a diy project. Your dentist spent 8 years learning how to do this with care and efficiency. Take advantage of his expertise now, or wait awhile and you probably will have to deal with a raging abscess. Your choice.

There is no way: To get rid of a cavity without having a dentist repair the tooth. The longer you wait, the deeper the cavity goes into the tooth, eventually destroying the tooth and all hope of saving it. Rotting teeth can also become infected and cause serious health complications. It behooves you to be smart and see a dentist or suffer the consequences.
