Yes: If you are not sensitive to any particular company' products or preservatives in the slutions, you can use any artificial tear/ lubricant. If you are sensitive, they have preservative free solutions. Some feel better than others and this becomes a personal choice. There are over 70 different brands and variations even withe same product, some are thinner so it depends if you like thin or thick.
