Your history warrant: being seen by an eye doctor for an exam. You state that you have a brain lesion, and if your eye is always tearful this needs to be examined more fully than if you did not have that neurological history present. Want to have a Schirmer tear film test done as eye dryness and lacrimal duct, nerve or nasal lacrimal duct drainage could all be involved, and need to be tested by your eye doctor.
