Yes: They should be fine to use. If you think this is related to allergies, certainly an antihistamine like zyrtec (cetirizine) or benedryl can be used too. If you think this is pink eye you may want to be seen sometime this week in case it is a bacterial conjunctivitis and an antibiotic is needed.
