Depends on glue : See your dentist. Depends on glue and the something. If it was superglue, it will eventually come off as the glue dissolves in the mouth -- may take days / weeks. If you can grab the something with your fingers or needlenose pliers, you might be able to twist it off. If it is soft enough, you might use an emery board to sand/file it off. If all else fails --see your dentist. Good luck.
