Lumbar. Pain: Taking any over the counter meds like ibuprofen,aleve, aspirin, may cause heartburn , so.. U make sure u take the dose on a full stomach, alternatively use over the counter meds such as Zantac, (ranitidine) cimetidine, orprevacid. Get up with a physiotherapist to be shown proper stretching as well as isometric strenthening or core muscles.
