Most NSAIDs can irritate the esophagus and stomach; so seeing a GI specialist to examine those structures and treat the GERD would be a good place to start. Pinched nerve might be caused by muscle spasm; so moist heat to the neck may help. Once GERD is controlled, NSAIDs may be option again. If bloody stool occurs again, may need complete GI workup, including UGI and colonoscopy.
