Google carbohydrates: Carbohydrates are good sources of energy, but they are easy to overdo! healthy carbohydrates include whole grain bread and cereals like oatmeal. Less healthy carbs include cakes, cookies, candy - you get the point: sugar is a carbohydrate! alcohol is a carbohydrate. You may want to limit your carbs to the healthier ones and try to reduce your intake of sugary junk food. Good luck.
