Bottom line: 60lbs since march is excellent. You are burning more calories than you are taking in and glad to hear you have cut out the fried foods;lots of empty calories. You need some complex carbs for energy like red garnet yams, potato or oatmeal. Make sure your diet is balanced for proteins, calcium...Keep up the great work.
