Hardly: Circumcision is widely practiced in many cultures, most prominently among jews and muslims, which can be found all over the globe. Indeed, jews and muslims were practicing circumcision hundreds of years before america came along.

No: Every male in all the islamic countries & israel gets circumcised. Same in kenya and philippines. It is the rite of passage into manhood for many african tribes.

No: I recently had cause to check the actual numbers, as best they can be determined. According to what i found, about 1/3 of the men in the world are circumcised, and about 2/3 are not. Since only a tiny fraction of the world's people are found in the United States, and less than half of these are male, clearly circumcision happens elsewhere.
