What are the circumcision rates in the united states?

Reduced recently: In the United States, recent rates have declined to about 55%, varying from 25% in west to 67% in midwest. Reduction in rate may be related to insurance companies not paying for procedure.

Varies some: I see rates of 80-85% in my insured practice. It is lower among latinos and asians while higher among those of european ancestry.
