To remove foreskin: Religious requirement for muslims ; jews reduces risk of urinary infections in first 6 months of life. Reduces risk of hiv/aids or stds. More hyeigenic for men who don't or can't retract foreskin. Removes risk of very rare penile cancer, which only occurs if men fail to clean under foreskin. Removes risk of inflammation of foreskin ; glans penis (balanitis ;/or posthitis). Or to look like dad!
