Some basics: Circumcision in an adult is a significant surgery. It is often done under general anesthesia and requires significant post operative pain control and recovery time. Urologists or general surgeons may do the procedure, depending on local custom. Sometimes a less invasive procedure can solve an existing problem but that would be determined by the doc.
