Urethritis: You are having symptoms of urethritis, which is inflammation of the urethra, the tube that connects the bladder to the outside world. There are many possible causes, although the majority in your age group are infectious. Urinalysis is insufficient. Urethral culture and sti screen would be most useful for you. If these tests are negative, alternative sources of urethritis can be investigated.
