Herpes?: It sounds like you're describing a small genital sore or ulcer. it could turn out to be nothing at all, but herpes is a possibility and perhaps the single most likely to be painful in contact with urine. See a doctor ASAP; small lesions like this can heal very rapidly, and if you wait even a day or two, it could be much harder to make a diagnosis. Good luck!
