I've seen 2 urologists and both have done urine culture and urinalysis. neither one can fond out why after peeing i get a weird feeling. it seems to come when i'm st work and sweat alot. could sweat be causing urethra irritation?

It may be because your urine is concentrated. Increase your daily water intake enough to make your urine mostly colorless. As Dr. Singh pointed out, concentrated urine does give you a irritated or weird feeling with voiding. Because you are sweating a lot with hard work, your body (kidneys) wants to conserve fluid by making urine concentrated. You can make a therapeutic diagnosis by drinking a lot at the next working shift and see if that weird feeling goes away. No sweat glands in the urethra where the urine flows.
