Non specific: I got no good answer but someone did the scope. Get on some Prilosec or similar drug, 40 mg, question is whether you had the pain, scope performed, the non specific ulcer was incidental or related to your pain and sx, s. If recurrent diarrhea a med called wellchol can help and treat the anxiety and mood in that it can be woven into bowel sx's. Sleeping well? Stress high? Cymbalta (duloxetine) 30 mg may help.

I had a colonoscopy and the results said I Have ileitis characterized by apthaous ulcers and mild inflammation and erythematosus mucosa in the cecum ?
Erythema noted on Colonoscopy. Does this always mean IBD? No ulcers or other forms of inflammation noted, just the erythema in the Sigmoid region. Stressing myself over it, GI didn't seem all that concerned or mention IBD in the talks after operation?

Blood work is normal, colonoscopy is normal (no signs of ulcers or bleeding), biopsy showed Ulcerative colitis. Still finding blood in stool. how is this possible?
