Sleep consolidation : Occurs between 1-4 mos. If you have a consistent bedtime & routine: in low light, read, feed, then wipe out his mouth with a soft cloth after last feed & put him on his back in his crib in his room, drowsy, but awake, to learn to self-calm to fall asleep. Wait 5 min. Before going in if he night-wakes. Hope for 6 hrs. Sleep @ 4 mos. & 11 pm-6 am by 5 mos. & avoid trained night-crying @ 6 mos.
