Yes: Although 10 month old babies sleep longer six hours is not an unusual or rare interval time to wake up and eat especially if they are still breast feeding. Teething is another reason they would wake up.

6 hours: By this time your baby should be sleeping longer. But babies don't read the same Growth and Development texts that we read, so they often create their own schedules. Instead of going right in when your baby awakens, give it some time and see if he/she self-settles. Try to gradually lengthen the time between feedings. Ask your Pediatrician for advice.
