My friend fell down stairs a couple of months ago. she is concerned because she still has blurred vision. is there a way she can improve her sight?

Depends: Your friend needs a good eye exam to determine the cause of blurriness. It could be as simple as dry eyes, a mild ex for glasses, or more serious , retinal edema to retinal tear/shallow detachment.
