Head/ neck injury: Did you get checked out in ED? You should have been evaluated urgently and probably should have had a CT of your head, possibly neck to look for brain injury, intracranial bleeding, and spinal injury. You may have had a concussion with post- concussive vertigo, but you should get seen and evaluated ASAP by primary care or ED and probably neurology. An ENT evaluation of the vertigo may help too.
