Falling down: While it's normal to trip & fall now & then, if you notice an increase in frequency that can't be explained, please take your son to his/your gp for an evaluation of his musculoskeletal & nervous systems. New onset clumsiness is not a diagnosis or explanation. Although unsafe texting might be!

If these are: Unexplained falls and increasing in frequency, he needs to be seen by his physician to rule out possible tumors , seizures etc. Since this happened in the morning, he could possibly be hypoglycemic, lightheaded, felt dizzy and fell. You can continue observing for now or get him checked out to prevent further, serious injuries !
