Over-reacting: The diarrhoea isn't related to the fall, it might be a stomach flu, or something else. You want to stay well hydrated, OTC medications are available to control diarrhoea if bothersome, otherwise it will go in its own. If other symptoms or diarrhoea is severe, you need to be seen, good luck
