Often times with: Limited or restricted motion scar tissue can develop. This is common at joints. So thru range of motion exercises "joint adhesions" can be broken up. Scar tissue can also be reduced.

Remodel the Scar.: The body forms scar tissue in response to injury. Because the body is so efficient at this repairing function, at times scars can form. When collagen fibers are laid down quickly, they form in a crisscrossed balled up fashion. This is the basis of the scarring. Physical therapy breaks up and remodels this disorganized tissue and tries to make if more functionally normal. Remodeling helps with pain
