At this stage of your injury the best way to approach it is what we call ice massage. You freeze a cup of water and you massage your calf for 15 minutes until numb. You must tear the cup to expose the ice. Then you stretch it in the morning. In the evening you stretch and then you put ice on it for 15 minutes.
