Depends: It may be scar tissue from your cesarean or it may be something else like endometriosis. Not all women scar following surgery or cesarean. And plenty of women have that type of pain who haven't had children or cesarean. If it's that severe, talk to a doctor and maybe a diagnostic laparoscopy can shed light on pain's origin and even break up scar tissue, or burn endometriosis. Good luck!
