Dermatomyositis: Symptoms difficulty swallowing, muscle weakness, stiffness, or soreness, purple or violet colored upper eyelids, purple-red skin rash, shortness of breath.

Rash started in dec & looked like a shaving rash. Spread all over my legs looking the same. Now it spread to my back (different look) top of feet, arms, hairline. Biopsies say no dermatitis, folliculiti?
Scalp, face, and ears are hot, itchy, and tingly. No rash is present. Itchiness mostly occurs when I bend over or when wet. What could be the problem?
