Get a 2nd opinion: Could be a sign of allergy, irritation, infection, (?Scabies), parasites or an internal medical condition. Hope they find the cause!

Maybe allergies.: This might be allergies to something you are eating so it might be a good idea to see your doctor and talk about getting tested for allergies to foods, etc.. Good luck.
