Ichy scalp/ face/ ea: Do you have dandruff? flaking scalp?You may have a fungal infection/excessive dryness of the scalp, eczema,psoraisis( sometimes the symptoms are intermittent) .Follow up with doctor/ urgent care and discuss use of Nizoral (ketoconazole) vs, Tgel shampoo vs coal tar or keratolytic shampoo.
