No: Your lipid profile numbers are excellent.
Obesity is a threat to your health; probably led to hbp and diabetes. Better health in your case means loosing weight. A plant-based diet would do the trick. This is also good to prevent cancer. Watch " forks over knives", a video on the science of a plant-based diet. Also shows some obese patients whose hbp and dm disappeared on that diet.

Borderline : If you're diabetic the guideline goal for LDL is below 70 to reduce your risk of heart disease. Your numbers for most part are good. Since your tg is high i suggest high dose fish oil or omega3 and a very low dose station like Lipitor (atorvastatin) or creator 5 mg.
