what is the best non prescribed medication for a child with add to take?

Dr. Mary Ann Block

Not medication: Dmae is a neurotransmitter precursor that has been studied for the symptoms of adhd. It is over-the-counter and has been found to be very effective. The journal of pediatrics published a study about its effectiveness over 50 years ago.
