I have a child with fever that did not come below 39c after patacetamol, what is the best medication to add. ibruprofen or mefenamic acid?

Ibuprofen: It is a good anti-inflammatory and anti-pyretic (reduces temp). Mefenamic acid is good for reducing pain and swelling for peri-menstrual complaints and possibly migraines.It is not recommended for a child.
