First is this new: Or longstanding? There are some congenital elbow and forearm differences that limit full motion. Arthritis can develop as well as a loose body or bone spur in the joint. Muscle tightness at the front of the elbow can occur especially with vigourous exercise if stretching is ignored. If you decide to stretch, go slow and gentle and make sure there is not a structural, tendinous, or muscular issue.
