A member asked:

Does hyperlordosis lead to lower measured height? i have hyperlordosis as confirmed by my physiotherapist. i can fit both my forearms including my arms under my back when standing straight against a wall or lying down?

It depends on one's perspective. A college-aged guy who had been growing taller over the past 10 years and maybe stopped when his bones matured, will have been getting taller even while having notable lordosis. In that sense, height increased while there was lordosis. However, if a person has reached maximum height but lordosis worsens after that, any height changes are probably not much at all.
