Seek help!!: This could be a serious problem with your spinal cord being compressed by your vertebrae where in certain positions other than completely in line, your spinal cord is compressing the rest of the nerves. Seek help immediately before permanent damage. Neck MRI would be diagnostic.

Blood flow: There may be something in pinging either on the nerves to your arms or blocking blood flow. Need to have it examined.
