Nerves.: One possibility is nerve compression from the cervical spine either from a herniated disc or spinal stenosis for example. Was there any trauma in your past? An X-ray of the C spine and a nerve conduction study could confirm/deny this possibility. Could also be shoulder related or carpal tunnel which could radiate up the arms, but it would be odd to have either of these on both sides at same time

Could be your neck: You mention "posture" You may have pinched nerves in your neck (running down arms) See your Primary Care Provider. An exam some xrays and possibly an MRI is indicated.
