Doubtful.: With flexing and extending (bending a joint), what you are feeling are tendons that act as pulleys and allow the movement. You cannot be feeling your nerves move. It sounds as though you have an inflamed tendon "tenosynovitis" of the elbow or wrist, depending on where the pain is. If ice and antiinflammatories don't help, see your doctor.
