See below: (1) first step is correct diagnosis of fibro and presence or absence of other conditions like cfs management. (2) improvement of sleep, relaxation, analysing limiting factors and triggers. (3) keep good log of symptoms to understands triggers of body-mind and things to be avoided. (4) healthy diet - frutis, vegetables. Regular bm. (5)yoga breathing exercise (6) judicious use of prescribed meds.
