Review with your doc: I would start with the idea that you can have another child and healthy. Now minimize the problem areas: will you need to be on medication during pregnancy? Depakote is a big worry for the child. Strong cognitive and behavior psychotherapeutic interventions can help when off meds; or use other meds if possible. Postpartum: support, support, support! review again with gyn, psych, pain, spine docs.
