Epidural for labor: Having an epidural during labor is effective and stress reducing for women with fibromyalgia. For fibromyalgia during pregnancy, you can take pain killers in moderation. Please discuss with your doctor if Tylenol (acetaminophen) is not sufficient for you. Try some pregnancy massage for pain.
