Infection : It may have an active infection that is simply draining. You should really see a doctor if this is the case.

I have pilonidal cysts on tailbone (they recurred), and I've had a lot of drainage, which is fine. But it's caused an open wound just above the anus that bleeds sometimes when I pass stool. How to best close this new wound up?
