Hygiene. : Keep hair from becoming matted in the crease between your buttocks. 'Disturb' that area every time you wash so that any hair that is piercing the skin hopefully gets pulled back out. Hair removal can help, but shaving just leads to rashes and infections even if you do everything perfectly they will sometimes still occur.
