A month ago i noticed a fixed red spot in the crease above my anus. now it looks much more faded and just a blemish of skin. it may have a hair in it? i am a white 16 y/o boy and it has never caused me pain. is it a pilonidal cyst?

It is not. Pilonidal cyst is in the area above the tail bone. Let the area heal and dont manipulate it. If not healed see surgeon or your doc. I think you will be fine.
