Read Labels: If you are reading the nutrition labels, it will tell you how much is considered a serving. This varies depending on the food. For example, it might say that there are 170 calories in 1 serving of potato chips. It would then say that 1 serving is 16 chips or 2oz, etc. There is no one serving size. It depends on the food. Serving size could be listed in oz, ml, cups, etc.
